A New Friend

Lovelies, meet Miss Veda, my dear new friend.

Dan and I are going on a picnic to the lake for supper, so I stopped in Garland Road Thrift Store (an amazing place!) in search of a picnic basket, which I also found. But I just happened to check the luggage shelf, as is my wont, and there was Miss Veda. We knew from the first moment that we were meant to be friends, and we look forward to Many Grand Adventures together.

As you can imagine, I can barely contain my glee.

I mean really. When you could wear clothes like this, why look like the rest of the world?









If I was European, I'd totally be the crazy one who still wore ethnic garb. In fact, I may look out for a few pieces of this type to add to my wardrobe and be the crazy American who dresses like a European peasant.
