"Ok, so, we all know about Faulkner by now, how he likes to take his characters and give them personality."

    Fabulous.
    Yesterday, while talking to an English major (loosely paraphrased): "I mean, I want to teach literature, but not grammer, ya know? It's not the part of English I'm good at." I ADORE you for ending that particular sentence with a preposition. Thank you, thank you.
